do not always come over from Whatsapp - can see several attempts and then they drop in at the original date and get missed. is there a way we can highlight any outstanding i.e. no admin comments/no action yet taken> Example Carl Burrows - he got missed as he dropped in after we had worked through those in that date period. (i go from the last entry and move from there) otherwise we have to double check every day to make sure non missed and in this case we would go back 6 weeks.............
